მომსახურების წესები

ეს წესები არეგულირებს Z3NO-ს (z3notrading.com) საგანმანათლებლო მომსახურებით სარგებლობას. განაცხადის გაგზავნით ან გადახდით ადასტურებ, რომ წაიკითხე და ეთანხმები ამ წესებს და კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკას.

These terms govern your use of the educational services of Z3NO (z3notrading.com). By sending an application or paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Z3NO გთავაზობს ფიუჩერსებით ვაჭრობის ონლაინ სწავლებას სამ პაკეტად:

• ვიდეოლექციები: ჩაწერილი ვიდეოლექციები და დახურული სტუდენტური ჯგუფი. ეს პაკეტი სრულ კურსს არ მოიცავს.
• სრული მენტორინგი: ყველაფერი, რაც ვიდეოლექციებშია, დამატებით ჯგუფური ლაივ შეხვედრები მენტორთან, კვირაში 2-ჯერ.
• 1-on-1 მენტორინგი: ყველაფერი, რაც ვიდეოლექციებშია, დამატებით პირადი ლაივ შეხვედრები მენტორთან კვირაში 2-ჯერ, ტრეიდების ინდივიდუალური ანალიზი, პერსონალური სავაჭრო გეგმა და პირდაპირი კავშირი მენტორთან. ჯგუფური ლაივ შეხვედრები ამ პაკეტში არ შედის. პირადი შეხვედრების დროს მენტორთან ერთად შეათანხმებ.

ვიდეოლექციები Telegram-ზეა, სტუდენტური ჯგუფი კი Discord-ზე. ყველა პაკეტზე წვდომა სამუდამოა (იხ. წვდომა და ანგარიში). კურსის სავარაუდო ხანგრძლივობა 1–2 თვეა. კურსის მასალებს დროდადრო ვაახლებთ და ვხვეწთ.

Z3NO offers online futures trading education in three packages:

• Video lectures: recorded video lectures and the private student group. This package does not include the full course.
• Full mentorship: everything in Video lectures, plus group live sessions with a mentor twice a week.
• 1-on-1 mentorship: everything in Video lectures, plus private live sessions with the mentor twice a week, individual review of your trades, a personal trading plan and direct contact with the mentor. Group live sessions are not part of this package. You agree the times of private sessions with your mentor.

The video lectures are on Telegram and the student group is on Discord. Access to every package is lifetime (see Access and accounts). The course takes about 1–2 months. We update and improve the course materials from time to time.

მომსახურებით სარგებლობა შეუძლია 18 წელს მიღწეულ პირს. რეგისტრაციისას სწორი ინფორმაცია უნდა მოგვაწოდო.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, and you must give us accurate information when you sign up.

ფასები საიტზე აშშ დოლარშია მითითებული. გადახდა შეგიძლია ბარათით, საბანკო გადარიცხვით ან კრიპტოვალუტით; დეტალებს რეგისტრაციის შემდეგ გამოგიგზავნით. კურსზე წვდომას იღებ გადახდის დადასტურების შემდეგ. ფასების ცვლილება უკვე გადახდილ პაკეტებზე არ ვრცელდება.

Prices on the site are in US dollars. You can pay by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency; we send the details after you sign up. You get access to the course once your payment is confirmed. Price changes do not affect packages you have already paid for.

Z3NO-ს კურსები ციფრული საგანმანათლებლო პროდუქტია და მასალებზე წვდომას გადახდისთანავე იღებ, ამიტომ გადახდილი თანხა არ ბრუნდება. ეს ეხება იმ შემთხვევასაც, როცა კურსს ბოლომდე არ გაივლი ან მონაწილეობას შეწყვეტ.

გადახდით ადასტურებ, რომ ითხოვ მომსახურების დაუყოვნებლივ დაწყებას და აცნობიერებ, რომ წვდომის მიღების შემდეგ ხელშეკრულებიდან გასვლისა და თანხის დაბრუნების უფლებას კარგავ.

გამონაკლისები:

• თუ ერთი და იგივე გადახდა შეცდომით ორჯერ განხორციელდა, ზედმეტ თანხას დაგიბრუნებთ;
• თუ Z3NO ვერ შეძლებს გადახდილი მომსახურების მიწოდებას, დაგიბრუნებთ მიუწოდებელი ნაწილის ღირებულებას;
• ეს პუნქტი არ ზღუდავს იმ უფლებებს, რომლებიც საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით გაქვს და რომელთა შეზღუდვაც დაუშვებელია.

თუ არ იცი, რომელი პაკეტი შეგეფერება, გადახდამდე მოგვწერე და არჩევაში დაგეხმარებით.

Z3NO courses are digital educational products and you get access to the materials as soon as you pay, so payments are non-refundable. This applies even if you do not finish the course or stop taking part.

By paying, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that once you have access, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract and get a refund.

Exceptions:

• if the same payment was taken twice by mistake, we refund the extra amount;
• if Z3NO cannot deliver a service you have paid for, we refund the value of the part not delivered;
• nothing in this section limits rights you have under Georgian law that cannot be excluded.

If you are not sure which package fits you, write to us before paying and we will help you choose.

სამუდამო წვდომა ვრცელდება შეძენილი პაკეტის ყველა ნაწილზე (ვიდეოლექციები, სტუდენტური ჯგუფი და პაკეტში შემავალი შეხვედრები) მანამ, სანამ Z3NO ამ მომსახურებას ახორციელებს. თუ მომსახურებას ოდესმე შევწყვეტთ, სტუდენტებს წინასწარ შევატყობინებთ.

წვდომა პირადია: არ შეიძლება ანგარიშის, ბმულების ან მასალების სხვისთვის გადაცემა. ამ წესის დარღვევისას წვდომა შეიძლება შეგიწყდეს თანხის დაბრუნების გარეშე.

Lifetime access covers every part of the package you bought (the video lectures, the student group and the sessions included in your package) for as long as Z3NO provides that service. If we ever stop offering it, we will tell students in advance.

Access is personal: you may not share your account, links or materials with anyone else. If you do, we may end your access without a refund.

სრული მენტორინგის ჯგუფური შეხვედრები კვირაში 2-ჯერ, წინასწარ გამოცხადებული გრაფიკით ტარდება. გრაფიკი შეიძლება შეიცვალოს; ცვლილების შესახებ წინასწარ შეგატყობინებთ. გაცდენილი ჯგუფური შეხვედრა ინდივიდუალურად არ მეორდება. 1-on-1 პაკეტის პირადი შეხვედრები კვირაში 2-ჯერ, მენტორთან შეთანხმებულ დროს ტარდება.

Full mentorship group sessions take place twice a week on a schedule announced in advance. The schedule may change, and we will tell you about changes beforehand. Missed group sessions are not repeated individually. In the 1-on-1 package, private sessions take place twice a week at times agreed with your mentor.

კურსის ყველა მასალა (ვიდეო, ტექსტი, გრაფიკები, შაბლონები) Z3NO-ს საკუთრებაა და შეგიძლია გამოიყენო მხოლოდ პირადი სწავლისთვის. Z3NO-ს წერილობითი თანხმობის გარეშე აკრძალულია მასალების ჩაწერა, კოპირება, გავრცელება, გაყიდვა ან საჯაროდ გაზიარება.

All course materials (videos, text, charts, templates) belong to Z3NO and are for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, distribute, sell or publicly share them without Z3NO's written permission.

სტუდენტურ ჯგუფსა და შეხვედრებზე ველით ურთიერთპატივისცემას. აკრძალულია შეურაცხყოფა, სპამი, სხვა სერვისების რეკლამა და სიგნალების ან სავაჭრო მომსახურების გაყიდვა. დარღვევის შემთხვევაში შესაძლებელია ჯგუფიდან ან კურსიდან გარიცხვა, თანხის დაბრუნების გარეშე.

We expect mutual respect in the student group and sessions. Insults, spam, advertising other services and selling signals or trading services are not allowed. Breaking these rules can lead to removal from the group or the course without a refund.

ფიუჩერსებით ვაჭრობა მაღალ რისკთან არის დაკავშირებული და შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს ანგარიშზე არსებულ თანხაზე მეტის დაკარგვაც.

Z3NO-ს მასალები, შეხვედრები და მენტორების მიერ ნაჩვენები გარიგებები მხოლოდ საგანმანათლებლო ხასიათისაა და არ წარმოადგენს ინდივიდუალურ ფინანსურ ან საინვესტიციო რჩევას. წარსული შედეგები მომავალ შედეგს არ განსაზღვრავს. Z3NO არ გპირდება მოგებას და არ აგებს პასუხს შენი სავაჭრო გადაწყვეტილებების შედეგზე.

Z3NO არ არის ბროკერი და სტუდენტების თანხებს არ იღებს და არ მართავს. ვაჭრობის შესახებ ყველა გადაწყვეტილებას შენ იღებ.

Trading futures carries a high level of risk and you can lose more than the money in your account.

Z3NO materials, sessions and any trades shown by the mentors are for education only and are not personal financial or investment advice. Past results do not determine future results. Z3NO does not promise profits and is not responsible for the outcome of your trading decisions.

Z3NO is not a broker and does not accept or manage students' money. You make all of your own trading decisions.

კანონით დაშვებულ ფარგლებში Z3NO-ს პასუხისმგებლობა ნებისმიერ პრეტენზიაზე შემოიფარგლება შენ მიერ შესაბამის პაკეტში გადახდილი თანხით. Z3NO არ აგებს პასუხს მესამე მხარის სერვისების (Discord, Telegram, ბროკერები, სავაჭრო პლატფორმები) გაუმართაობაზე.

To the extent the law allows, Z3NO's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package. Z3NO is not responsible for failures of third-party services (Discord, Telegram, brokers, trading platforms).

წესები შეიძლება განვაახლოთ. ახალი ვერსია ძალაში შედის ამ გვერდზე გამოქვეყნებისთანავე, თუმცა უკვე გადახდილ პაკეტზე შენს საზიანოდ არ გავრცელდება.

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, but it will not apply to your disadvantage to a package you have already paid for.

ამ წესებზე საქართველოს კანონმდებლობა ვრცელდება. დავის მოგვარებას ჯერ მოლაპარაკებით ვცდილობთ; თუ შეთანხმება ვერ მოხერხდა, დავას საქართველოს სასამართლო განიხილავს.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We first try to settle any dispute by talking it through; if we cannot agree, the dispute goes to the courts of Georgia.
